Vediccaa is a first generation litigation lawyer who has completed her BA.LLB Degree from Amity Law School, Delhi, Batch of 2020(affiliated to GGSIPU) and is currently working as an Associate at IBEX LEGUM. She has varied interests including but not limited to; writing mostly Poetry and Prose, Public Speaking, Travelling, Blogging and trying out new things.
Being the State Coordinator for the State of New Delhi, LEAF: She envisages that this organisation can do wonders for the society at large with the grit and zeal its members have. She believes that it is the baby steps that ultimately leave a mark.
In her capacity, she aims to coordinate all the Wings that LEAF has in a way that can yield optimum results individually and holistically.
Ayesha Gupta is a student in the final years of her law course. Her sole purpose of enrolling in a law course was to contribute her part in betterment of the society. Being a patient listener , she will always be more than happy to lend an ear to unheard voices . Her dream is to have her own NGO someday where she can teach some life skills to children and make a difference in their lives.
By being a part of LEAF, she aims to pour smiles in as many lives as she can. This can be called as baby steps in her journey of change. With this opportunity of working with LEAF, she dreams to impact as many lives as she can while spreading hopes and positivity all along the way.
Through her role as assistant state coordinator of Delhi for LEAF, she ensures to put her best efforts towards making each initiative successful.
Ananya Anand is an advocate currently working as the Legal Affairs Manager at YouR Partner in Wellbeing Solutions, New Delhi, India.She is highly proficient in analytical, researching and drafting skills in the legal domain. She has inherited practical experience from the Ministry of Law and Justice of India (Government of India), renowned Corporate firms, NGOs and Litigation lawyers in the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi and various District courts.
As the Team Lead (Delhi) for Women Cell in LEAF, she aims to foster the seed of legal awareness among the female population of Indian Society and extend her helping hand towards women in need. She intends to reach out to every female who is deprived of their rights, and consequently, raise awareness to uplift this age-old suppressed section of society.
Along with the “Women Cell” team of LEAF, she will firmly work to create a radical change in the position of women nationally.
Tanisha is a 24 year old who has completed her Masters in Organisational Psychology. She is currently working as a HR Associate.
The reason she pursued psychology was to be able to understand the emotions of others better and be empathetic towards all members of our society. By being associated with LEAF, she feels she will be able to reach out to those in need and also use her EQ and interpersonal skills towards a good cause.
Change starts with taking small steps in the right direction and by being the PR and Outreach Head that's exactly what she aspires to do - right actions to create a powerful impact.
Ankita is a litigator, Trademark and other IP Enthusiast, currently enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. A team player with the skill to effectively understand, analyse and break down the problem at hand to find innovative and flexible solutions, able to formulate persuasive and factually backed legal arguments and analysis for effective results. Using her ability to learn new things quickly and efficiently and to retain her calm in the face of adversity, she aims to strive high for quality work and giving back to the community as much as she can.
With the help of an organisation like LEAF, she aspires to merely be the means to an end to countless needful and disadvantaged sections of the society and give them an equal opportunity to avail the judicial mechanisms and justice systems that were laid down by effect of the Constitution of India for the primary aid of the masses.
She believed that as an advocate, it is important for each of us to stand by our duty to seek justice for those who can’t seek it themselves and ensure that the pillars of equity, good conscious and natural justice stand strong in the society and are protected for everyone.
Swastika Singh is a practising Advocate from New Delhi. With a passion for Litigation, she is practising at the Chambers of Dr. Arun Mohan, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court. She completed her B.A. L.L.B (Hons) from Amity Law School, Delhi [affiliated to GGSIPU] in 2020.
She sees the organisation bringing about real, practical, and doable changes in this fast-paced world. The legal fraternity being vast and ever expanding, wherefore, there are multifarious issues in this domain.
As the Head of Law Schools and Internships at LEAF, along with her team, she aims to hear you – bring those issues to light, and also help you tackle them. Addressing problems and focussing on solutions to bring about positive changes that help us all navigate through the legal world seamlessly, is her vision.
Subha Chugh is presently a fourth year law student at ALSD, GGSIPU. With special expertise at trial and cross examinations, she has an opinion on everything and pens them down for various publications. She likes playing the devil's advocate, defending, rather than prosecuting. She also likes to dabble in many different arenas apart from law, including digital entertainment, content creation and is often found making inappropriate jokes in serious situations. She's an avid reader, prefers being in water than on land and her dream world over reality.
Subha believes that knowledge is empowerment. As a part of LEAF, she aims to spread the legal word among common people and make them aware of their rights. As the head of Research and Analysis Wing, she aims to help compile data and solutions to all of the organisations' projects.
